DC Advisory Partners, where individual thinkers flourish
DC Advisory Partners SAS is constantly on the lookout for dynamic and ambitious candidates for positions of Interns, Analysts, Managers/Directors and Partners.
New recruits immediately join the teams working on client projects. Against a background of a collegial, flat and supportive culture, they are expected to make their own contribution early on. Just as there is no standard way of doing things at DC Advisory Partners, there is no typical person who works here. We have a diversity of individuals and a culture where individual thinkers flourish.
Interns: candidates will participate in both origination and execution phases. As an intern, his role shall evolve rapidly and will comprise :
Candidates will be autonomous and able to prove their analysis and synthesis skills and will have strong corporate finance background. Fluent English is a must, to be able to work in an international environment
Candidates will be currently pursuing a 5-year degree from top-of-class universities, business school, engineering schools or "Sciences Po" (gap-year student will also be considered), and will have had preferably a previous experience in the investment banking and/or financial sector.
Juniors or senior analysts: candidates will hold a post-graduate degree from a university, business school, engineering school or "Sciences Po", and will have had internships, preferably in the finance sector.
Managers and directors: in addition to a sound academic background, candidates will have a several-year successful experience, ideally in corporate finance or possibly in the consulting, audit, legal, or industrial sectors. This experience will have provided the candidate with expertise in business valuation, team and project management and negotiations.
Partners: in addition to the technical, communication and development skills required for such a high-level position, candidates will show as their particular ambition the will to be part of a developing project and share our constant desire to promote DC Advisory Partners SAS as a recognised M&A firm.
However, given its culture ans positioning, DC Advisory Partners SAS pays more attention to people's profiles than actual experience. We are on the lookout for highly motivated individuals, showing strong analytical and creativity skills in their solution seeking. Among required skills, we particulary focus on energy, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
The majority of our assignments is carried out by 3 or 4-people teams, which implies the capacity to work as part of a team, whilst having enough self-confidence to work autonomously.
As our assignments imply a close collaboration with our clients and their teams, the candidate must be able to handle professional relationships at a high level, in French and in English.
